I'm Gabriela Rocha Ramalho — a licensed real estate agent in South Florida, working out of Partnership Realty Inc. in West Palm Beach. This is how I got here and how I work.
My story
I was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and moved to Florida in 2011. I studied International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and Business Entrepreneurship at Palm Beach State College. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with the part of this place that's hardest to explain to anyone who hasn't lived it: the feeling of belonging here.
I got my Florida real estate license and joined Partnership Realty Inc. in West Palm Beach, where I help people rent, buy and sell homes across Palm Beach, Broward and St. Lucie Counties.
English, Spanish and Portuguese are all part of my day. Some clients switch languages mid-conversation; that's fine — so do I. What matters is that you understand every step of the way and every number on the table. I'm dedicated to guiding you and letting you make every decision based on experience and knowledge.
And closing day? That's the day I live for: seeing you and your family achieve all your real estate goals.

I don't rush a decision as big as this. We move as fast as you want to — and as slowly as you need to — in whatever language makes you think clearly.
Faith, family and a dog
I'm a Christian, a wife and a dog mom. My faith is where my patience comes from — and I know a home is more than a property: it's where memories are made, dreams take root, and life truly happens. That's the standard I use when I help you choose one, or let one go.

Buying: a clear picture of budget, areas and what to expect at each step. Selling: pricing based on what's actually selling near you, plus a preparation checklist. Either way, you leave with a plan, not a pitch.

We search — or we list
I schedule the showings, write the offers and negotiate on your behalf. Or I prepare your home, get the photos done and put it in front of every buyer in the MLS and online. I will keep you updated.

Keys in hand
Inspection, appraisal, lender questions, closing day — I'm there for all of it. Then comes the sign, the photo and the moment it all becomes real.
